In cases where items are damaged we will need you to supply us with photos of the damaged pieces and a short description of the problem and your estimated cost of the damage. we will offer you credit for your next order.

All prices are quoted Ex Works Denpasar Bali or other places in , Indonesia as stated on the invoice. All prices are listed in US$ dollars. Charges for miscellaneous related cargo expenses, for example, trucking, documentation, fumigation, packing, quota visas, etc., are added to your invoice.

Our minimum order is US$ 1,000 per shipment.

A 20ft container contains mixed handicrafts with total value range between US$ 7,000 to US$ 12,000. A 40ft and 40ft High Cube container contains mixed handicrafts US$ 12,000 to $35,000.

Production time for all products ranges from 5-8 weeks, depending on the products. We'll advise you more specifically after we see your order.

All purchases must be fully paid for prior to shipment out of Indonesia. You may make a 50% deposit and then pay the balance upon notification that the shipment is ready.

Payment by wire transfer (Telegraphic Transfer) only. Sorry, we can't do credit cards and we avoid Letters of Credit due to the complexities of the Indonesian banking system.
